Each technical paper that is accepted for inclusion in the Game Scope 2009 conference proceeding must be associated with a full conference registration. Authors with more than one accepted paper will be responsible for a small additional paper charge. Cancellation (with refund minus processing fee) of registrations from authors after publication of the conference proceedings will not be permitted.

Members of the IEEE or The Academic Alliance International are eligible for the member's rate for the full registration. Each registration fee includes admission to all conference technical sessions, one conference CD-ROM proceeding, welcome reception, lunches and conference banquet and all symposium seminars.

Note(*) All authors must be a full IEEE NSW Section member for over 12 months on or before 1
January 2011. A holding deposit of US$200 is required on 1 September 2011. It will be refunded
